TERN Group has announced the appointment of Dr Tim Rideout as Managing Director – Health and Social Care.
Dr Rideout brings with him 35 years of experience in healthcare, having held senior leadership roles across NHS Trusts and private healthcare organisations.
His diverse background includes working with the Department of Health, KPMG, NHS England, and leading the UK and Rwanda operations for Babylon Health. Most recently, he managed global clinical services for E-Med.
In his new role, Dr Rideout will lead TERN’s health and social care business globally, focusing on addressing the talent shortage in both sectors. His appointment comes at a critical time for TERN, as the organisation seeks to expand its influence and offer solutions that ethically address workforce shortages.

His achievements include leading the development and implementation of the NHS Commissioning Board, now known as NHS England.
