With the introduction of Ask AI Companion, users can interact with AI across the Zoom platform, gathering, synthesising, and sharing information to better prepare for the workday. Zoom Phone now incorporates AI Companion capabilities, enabling users to request post-call summaries and prioritise voicemails effectively.
Zoom’s AI Companion innovations extend to Team Chat and Whiteboard capabilities, providing smart scheduling, automated workflow tasks, and support for 38 languages in chat features. The platform’s refreshed user experience offers customisation options, including colour themes and custom meeting backgrounds, allowing users to tailor their Zoom experience.
